Transplan is a transport management system for vehicle transport companies and the market leader in the Dutch vehicle transport sector. From order management and planning to ETAs, fleet management, invoicing and reporting, Transplan supports the entire process from transport order to delivery.
The software was developed by RGB+, a Dutch software company that has been building solutions for the transport sector since 1999.
About this integration
With the Transplan integration, transport orders from CarCollect are sent digitally and securely to the transport company via the Order Exchange network. As soon as a transport order is created, it is automatically received in Transplan. The planner no longer needs to enter the data manually and can schedule the order immediately.
Order data and documents automatically flow into the planning process. Through status updates, such as scheduled time, ETA and actual time, the progress of the transport remains transparent. This brings order information, planning and execution closer together and reduces the risk of errors.
The integration is active in the Netherlands. No additional subscriptions are required to use the integration.
