The integration of Notarieel Betalen (Notarial Payment) allows for seamless vehicle ownership transfers and offers the ability to deregister vehicles. To use this integration, you’ll need to create an account on the website of Notarieel Betalen. Please note that there’s a small fee for both setting up an account and deregistering a vehicle:
- Creating a temporary document number (TDN): € 0,20
- Deregistration costs: € 0,20
These prices are excluding RDW (Dutch vehicle authority) fees. Once you’ve created an account, CarCollect links the data behind the scenes.
How does it work?
Four documents are automatically added to your trade dossier after the vehicle has been deregistered:
- Deregistration certificate
- Company stock certificate
- RDW counter report
- Temporary document numbers
Once the vehicle is deregistered and the status is updated, we’ll check every hour to make sure it’s removed from your inventory.
