Per user you can change permissions, so everyone in your organization has the right role, fitting his / her function. For example, add someone from finance to only have access to the administration, give a salesperson only access to the trade part of CarCollect or allow your purchasing manager only access to the purchasing platform. To make sure you do not receive unnecessary e-mails from all kinds of actions within CarCollect, it is possible to customize the notification flow. You can easily set it up so that invoices go directly to the administration department or that the purchase manager only receives a notification when a vehicle is awarded to your company.
